Trafalgar Victory FC has recently received notification that their Strategic Plan grant application via the Country Action Grant Scheme has been approved by the Minister for Sport and Recreation. The grant worth $5000.00 is most timely as the club looks to strategically grow its player numbers and return its senior ranks back to the central Gippsland Soccer League.
The club will hire the services of Michelle Harris to manage the research towards, and development of, the strategic plan. The first stage of the project is for Michelle to meet with the TVFC Committee of Management to discuss the state of the club and their goals for the future. Michelle will then further expand her data collection by surveying other stake holders.
