I write this communication to the members of Trafalgar Victory FC.  At last week’s AGM I stepped down from the club presidency after some 5 years in the role.  I want to advise all at the club that I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as president and am as enthusiastic about our great club as ever.  Had my personal circumstances allowed, I would have happy fulfilled the two year term I signed on for last season.

I am delighted that Dylan Wyatt has taken on the role for at least the next two seasons and have complete confidence in his leadership of the club.  Not only is Dylan the league’s highest goal scorer and best and fairest from last season.  He is also a passionate member of our club, an active recruiter of players and most importantly someone who has a vision for the entire club.  I strongly urge all TVFC members to offer their support to Dylan and the entire TVFC committee.

In closing, I wish to thank the TVFC community during my time as president.  Your ongoing support and encouragement has meant a great deal to me.  As a club we have made some impressive advances in recent years, none more so than the new grounds which we all enjoy. I wish to thank the TVFC Committee who have worked so hard during my term at the club.  In particular, Mrs Jenny Moss, Mrs Peta Mathews, Mr Greg Wyatt and Mr Warren Steen who have been a constant whilst other members have come and gone.

I look forward to still serving the club as a general committee member and urge every single member, who is fortunate to be at such a great club, to offer their services wherever possible to further improve our community.

Yours in thanks

Mark Judd
