Trafalgar Victory FC recently received a Country Action Grant to fund the development of a Strategic Plan. The club is hoping to consult broadly to obtain important feedback about how the club is travelling and in which areas they should focus their energy on for coming years. You can get involved by completing an online survey by going to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TrafFCSP or you can obtain a hard copy of the survey directly from the Club. The survey will close on Friday July 25th, 2014.
The Strategic Plan will be developed over the coming months and will be presented to club members as a draft for their input and feedback. These sorts of processes help clubs to apply for grants, develop facilities and better grow the club in line with a clear, strong vision in mind.
To spearhead the development of the Strategic Plan, Trafalgar Victory FC have engaged the Hands On Community Solutions team, lead by Michelle Harris, who has over 15 years’ experience.
