Trafalgar under 10 (team 1) traveled to Tyres to play Sale (team 1). The teams were well matched with limited scoring opportunities for both sides. With Sale having a 1-0 lead early in the first half an equaliser was scored Braeden after some excellent passing and team work. In the second half Trafalgar took a 2-1 lead with a goal from Zane only to have Sale draw the game in the final minute. There was great work as keeper by Yelan who won the Jump and Climb award for his efforts. Harry was awarded the BK’s award for a fantastic all round effort throughout the game. Mitchell enjoyed his first game for Trafalgar and the entire team are playing great soccer and are improving with training every week.
