Trafalgar Victory FC officially launched its Strategic Plan (2014 – 2019) at last Wednesday’s AGM. The document was presented to those in attendance by club president Dylan Wyatt and was well received by all.
The launch represented the final stage of what has been an extensive project managed by Michelle Harris, from Hand On Community Solutions. The strategic plan will be used to direct the club, prioritise projects and to greatly strengthen future grant applications.
The document is available for all to view via the club’s website and was made possible via the Country Action Grant program. Trafalgar Victory FC is one of a very few local sports club with a professionally researched and constructed strategic plan. The club is looking to grow and provide the very best football experience to its members and establish itself as one of Gippsland premier sporting clubs.
