Although we have been very lucky with the weather throughout the season, this weekend’s game at Tyers was a very wet and windy affair. It was even too cold for the U6s to warm up, instead they all preferred to huddle together under an umbrella! Once the game started, TVFC started off strongly with Ivy, John and Lillian all scoring goals. Kade and Ivy were very strong in defence this week while Grace and Xavier were doing lots of running and tackling. In the end we only conceded 1 goal for the game whilst TVFC scored 5.
The level of improvement Mick and I have seen throughout the season from the U6s is very exciting and fantastic to see. Well done kids.
