Several weeks ago representatives from Trafalgar Victory FC met with Baw Baw Shire’s Director of Community Assets, Cohen Van der Velde to discuss, amongst other things, the repairs needed around the soccer grounds.

TVFC is please to report that Baw Baw Shire have completed several of the listed repair item, including:

  1. Repairs to the fencing structures – several joining sections were removed from the original fencing structure.  Baw Baw Shire have replaced the missing sections of the structure.

2. Repairs to the player/coaches shelter – the transparent window section of the shelters were broken.  Baw Baw Shire have replaced the damaged section of the player/coaches shelter.

3. Broken light repaired – Baw Baw Shire have replaced the broken light from the South Western light tower so all 6 lights are now working on this tower.

There are other repairs on the grounds that are still desperately required, such as the replacement of damaged/sharp sprinkler heads and the wiring of certain sections of the fencing. However this article is to acknowledge the good work done by Baw Baw Shire in addressing some of the repair items requested by TVFC.
